Purple Penguin

Purple Penguin was created to help young people thrive emotionally and to equip them with skills that will empower them throughout life.  Combining 18 years of teaching experience with her extensive knowledge of attachment-based parenting, Ali offers unique workshops to small groups of Primary and Secondary school students in London, in addition to 1:1 tuition, using a range of techniques to promote resilience and wellbeing including:

  • Art
  • CBT
  • Coaching
  • Drama
  • Meditation
  • Mindfulness
  • Movement
  • Music
  • Narrative therapy techniques
  • Positive Psychology

Students who are consumed with emotional issues are often unable to access learning and, therefore, do not make sufficient progress, negatively affecting their self esteem. The behaviour of some of these students often impacts the class and teacher, so bespoke training packages are also available for teachers to manage difficult behaviours in the classroom.
